An Aaronic Priesthood Duty to God achievement record is available at your local LDS distribution center. Parents can use this to track Duty to God.
This will connect you to an outside web site where you can print the Merit Badge work sheets for Family Life, Personal Fitness & Personal Preparedness. The 90 day records should be kept with the parents help.
